Normal Rental Rates
(Mar - Sep, Nov)
- Min Stay: 2 nights
- Week Nights: $200/night
- Weekend Nights: $225/night
- Weekly Rental: $1,300/week

October Rates (Oct 1 - Oct 31)
- Min Stay: 2 nights
- October Week Nights: $215/night
- October Weekends: $240/night
- October Weekly Rental: $1,400/week

Winter Rates (Dec - Feb)
- Min Stay: 1 night
- Week Nights: $180/night
- Weekend Nights: $200/night
- Weekly Rental: $1,200/week

Holiday Rates
- Holidays: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years
- Min Stay: 3 nights
- Major Holiday Rental: $250/night

- There is a 10% tax on rental totals
- $100 Returnable Damage Deposit due at time of reservation.
- $50 Cleaning Fee.
- 50% of rental rated due at time of reservation
- 50% due two weeks prior to arrival date
- 10% of rental rate penalty if reservation is cancelled within 2 weeks of arrival date
